FlowTrade is local-first by design. The product runs on your own machine. The website collects only what the waitlist needs, and the waitlist stores your email in a one-way hashed form, never in plaintext.
1. The website and the waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you submit an email address. We store it as a one-way SHA-256 hash for de-duplication and counting. The website does not load third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or external fonts, and it ships no analytics that profile you.
2. What the product collects (very little)
FlowTrade runs locally. Your connection material, your data, your AI usage, and your audit ledger stay on your own machine.
FlowTrade never captures your broker, exchange, data, or AI provider credentials. The product detects an eligible agent session through a signed local manifest, not by logging in as you.
No order-book data or model reasoning is sent to any third-party cloud inference service by the product's design.
3. How we use your email
To contact you about controlled access and material product news only. We do not sell, rent, or share it. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep the hashed waitlist entry until access opens or you ask us to remove it. Email hello@flowtrade.ca to be removed.
5. Security
The site is self-contained and served over HTTPS. Stored waitlist data is hashed. The product itself encrypts model weights and the audit journal at rest and exposes no inbound internet ports by design.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including Quebec and Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us to exercise them.
